I am a lifelong resident and student of Virginia. Though I grew up just outside of Lynchburg, I’ve always been drawn to the architecture and history of Richmond.  I moved here roughly twenty years ago after graduating from the University of Virginia’s School of Architecture.  Now, my family and I reside in an early 1900s home that we renovated in Northside’s Laburnum Park.

Design, preservation, restoration, and renovation have long been passions of mine.  Real estate first became a passion for me in my early 20s when I bought my first house, renovated, and converted it into an income-producing duplex. It was that experience that put me on the path I am on today.  I realized that there was a lot that I could do for others by “connecting the dots” between their needs and my knowledge, experience, and contacts.  I work very hard to listen carefully to my clients and draw those connections while canvasing my contacts in the Richmond market.

A well-defined, smooth transaction experience and my clients’ success are always my first priorities.  As such, I’ve carefully built a reputation for hard work, creativity, persistence, market knowledge, professionalism, and a “client first” attitude.
