Originally from Western NY, I moved to Richmond in 2005 and have been licensed in Real Estate since 2009.

The move to Richmond has been amazing, great people, great restaurants, and many fun activities. Located so close to the mountains and the beach makes it an excellent place for those who love the outdoors.

Coming from a construction background and having fully renovated and restored homes in the past, the move to Real Estate was a natural one for me. Through the years I have been a part of many transactions and today more than ever it is evident that choosing the right Real Estate agent is critical to success. You need an agent who knows the market, fully understands the art of negotiating, and from experience can foresee potential red flags when it comes to your biggest investment.
In this highly competitive market, it’s also important that your agent be willing and able to meet your unique individual needs and circumstances, so as to put you in the best position to successfully accomplish your purpose.

Every sale is different, and having been a self-motivated entrepreneur for decades has exposed me to a wide variety of challenges that allow me to successfully solve issues that may crop up during a transaction for my clients. My vast network of vendors, service providers and specialists ensure that you will have the smoothest transaction possible.

I look forward to putting my experience, attention to detail and tenacity to work for you

Thoughts on HGTV’S House Hunters?
There are many aspects that are unrealistic, however, I can see how it is interesting for homeowners to see what things might be important to other individuals searching for homes. It’s always fun to check out interesting
homes and locations.

What’s your order at happy hour?
My go-to is usually an Old Fashioned with Bulleit Rye, but mostly I just
prefer a good Scotch.

Favorite style of house?
I like the features and detail of Victorian Architecture.

At which store would you like to max out your credit cards?
REI.
