From 2020 to 2022 we represented the third phase of new construction townhomes for sale at Creeks Edge at Stony Point. We worked in tandem with the builder and architect in advance of construction to modernize the interior floor plans and finish package so as to offer a sophisticated and contemporary design. The result was minimalist inspired, open concept living that was very well received by buyers. All units were presold and the pricing of our phase was 27% higher than the average sales in the community at the time.
