If you have the flexibility to buy whenever you want, we recommend waiting until the winter time as the number of buyers has dropped tremendously but the number of listings is still fairly high. But if you have a very specific set of wants and needs, then the spring is probably best as it tends to have the most choices. Think long and hard about your needs and let that drive the decision about ‘when?’
