A large part of our practice comes from representing builders and developers in their new build or renovation projects. Whether a multi-unit repurposing of an existing building, a ‘ground-up’ townhome project or a new single-family home on an existing lot, our team has worked on them all.

Rather than simply selling a completed project, we are truly partners in the entire process. From finding and evaluating sites, to helping with design aesthetic and finish selections, to creating and defining the tone of the marketing – our goal is to ensure the best possible product that will demand the greatest possible return.
